Gathering, cleansing and sorting your organisations data, cross referencing with information available from the wider sector to evaluate working practices. Helping identify future priorities and support funding applications.

I produce a range of data products:

• Analysis and evaluation

Providing analysis of historic data, trends and benchmarking. Presenting information in a wide range of mediums including graphics and maps to provide greater understanding. Giving insight, allowing organisation further understanding of impact and increased control over future working.

• Data collection and processes

Advising on simple solutions for data gathering, allowing for accurate and quick data collection. Working throughout the organisation to create efficient, integrated data processes, reducing the amount of work needed at major reporting deadlines. (quarterly reporting, year end)

• Data Cleansing

Exposing and highlighting issues within current collection processes, assisting to implement plans to reduce the need for data cleansing.
